A Tree to
Celebrate life

Living Energy

Sponsoring a tree brought me some comfort as in doing this I believe that I am contributing to the well-being of the planet and insuring that endangered species of trees are saved. Justin's school have also planted a tree in the school Which they call the "Tree of Memories" and every year they have a brief service in memory of students, students parents, sisters, brothers, Teachers and their relative's who have passed over. They remember everyone and have a roll call of all the names on the tree. It is a beautiful service.

By having a Tree planted some place where there are memories of the person who has passed over we can go there for quiet times or on anniversary's.

To me the Oak tree symbolizes hope and strong memories rooted in my mind forever.

Deer

The Oak Glen

In 1996 I heard about a place called the Oak Glen in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, Ireland where the Irish Forestry Agency were replenishing the area with the Oak tree and how one could sponsor a tree as a gift for a birth, birthday or other occasion. It crossed my mind how Noble the Oak tree is and how long it lives when left to grow. I also thought of the saying "From small acorns giant Oak Trees grow". So I set about finding out more about the project and we sponsored a Tree in memory of Justin. For Christmas 1996 we gave all our family members the gift of a tree in the Oak Glen. So now we all sit quietly growing beside each other in the Wicklow mountains

An engraved boulder in the Oak Glen, Enniskerry, CO Wicklow, Ireland.

This Stone is dedicated to all organ donors. I was amazed at the synchronicity because before I sponsored the trees I did not know about the various Dedications placed around the Oak Glen
